We had a fun, productive and sunny evening last Friday with Cardiff Mustangs delivering their Specialized Position Training.
We worked on positional topics for all units, goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders & forwards, and even had fantastic goalkeeping demos from Coach Rafa!Check out the video below for a glimpse!
